Leadership Style Inventory

The leadership test captures a comprehensive view of members' and advisors' personality, ideology, and attitude and helps assess how those individuals best function as leaders. The test is best given multiple  times.

The test can be given at the beginning of the year to assess the leader's pre-training style.

The test can be given mid-way through the year to see how the person has changed personally and in their leadership style.

Finally, the test can be given at the end of the year to show how the taker has evolved in their leadership style throughout the year.

  • Participate in a social media campaign generating awareness and appreciation for our military, while making sure to tag both @VirginiaDECA and @OperationGratitude
  • Write a DECA Direct article highlighting your chapter's involvement with the cause
