Shritha Mandava, Oakton High School

Shritha has been a passionate DECA member since her freshman year and has competed at DLC, SLC, and ICDC. She was top 10 at ICDC in 9th & 10th grade and has previously served as your Executive Vice President. Outside DECA, Shritha is the President of Honor Council, Vice President of Best Buddies, and a member of National Honor Society, as well as Math and History Honor Societies. She's an ambassador for a non-profit promoting women's empowerment and leadership. Shritha also works as a Designer Coordinator at a fashion show and is passionate about helping others find what they love. She's beyond excited to serve as your President and looks forward to meeting members and helping them reach their goals.

Ally Silas, Oakton High School

Ally has been an enthusiastic DECA member since her freshman year and has served as her chapter's secretary. She has competed every year at DLC, SLC, and ICDC, qualifying as an ICDC finalist each year. Outside of DECA, Ally is a varsity cheerleader and competitive hip-hop dancer. Additionally, she is President of Oakton's Codi's Hats, a club that sells, decorates, and donates hats to raise money for children with cancer. Through her hobby and small business, Art Positive Vibes, she raises money for Draw Change, an organization that provides art supplies to underprivileged children. She is thrilled to be serving as Virginia DECA's Vice President of Leadership this year and can't wait to connect with all of the amazing Virginia DECA members!

Vice President of Hospitality

Ally Caudill, Dominion High School

Ally has been an active DECA member for 3 years. She has served as a chapter officer, and has competed at DLC, SLC, and attended ICDC. When she's not involved in DECA activities, she is a part of the Varsity Cross Country and Track and Field teams. She is also a part of Global Ambassadors, National Honor Society, French Honor Society, and serves as a Link Crew Leader at her school. She's also an ambassador for a local Northern Virginia running store where she helps to promote their company to teens in her community. Ally is beyond thrilled to serve on Team 75 and can't wait to meet and work with all of the members of Virginia DECA. Here We Go!!

Malcolm Kerr, TC Williams High School

Malcolm is a senior who has enjoyed three years of DECA membership and has competed with success at DLC SLC and ICDC. As a junior, Malcolm served as both chapter President and District 33 President. In addition to DECA, Malcolm is an officer in Best Buddies and a member of both the Math and Social Studies Honor Societies. Malcolm is also his senior class Vice President, a captain on his nationally-ranked rugby team and a Boy Scout working on his Eagle rank. Malcolm cannot wait for the upcoming year and is excited to connect with DECA members from around the state!

Maddie Lind, Riverside High School

Maddie has been an active DECA member since her freshman year and has competed at Districts, States and ICDC. Maddie and her teammates placed top 20 at ICDC last year for her toy drive project that raised over 300 toys for underprivileged children in her area. She has experience as a former chapter officer and District 10 President. Outside of DECA she enjoys swimming and volunteering at local shelters in Loudoun County. She is also an active member in various clubs and organizations. Maddie is beyond excited to be your Virginia DECA Vice President of Career Development.

Vice President Region 1

Latiksha Kudupudi, Briar Woods High School

Latiksha is a senior at both Briar Woods High School and the Academy of Engineering & Technology. She is a 4-year DECA member who has competed at DLC, SLC, ICDC and has served as her chapter's VP of Career Development & Director of Sophomore Class. Along with DECA, Latiksha is Captain of Debate and Treasurer of Falcon Fund for Women while being an active member in Key Club and National Honor Society. Outside of DECA, she enjoys traveling and meeting new people. Latiksha is beyond excited to serve as your Region 1 Vice President and can't wait to work with Team 75!

Vice President Region 2

Vicka Heidt, James Madison High School

Vicka is a 4-year DECA member who has participated at all levels of competition and held chapter leadership positions for three years. Following in the footsteps of past chapter members, Vicka ran for state office with a passion for DECA burning bright. Beyond DECA, she actively works with Girl Up, a branch of the United Nations, and is a member of both her school's student government and her county's. She further spends free time interning or volunteering on political campaigns and is currently working toward her Girl Scout Gold Award. She is so excited for the upcoming year with Team 75!

Sarah Statler, Riverbend High School

Sarah is a senior and has been a passionate DECA member for 4 years. She has competed at all three levels since freshman year, ran community service projects, and organized many socials. She has served as both liaison and secretary for her high school, as well as District 18 President this past year. Outside of DECA, Sarah is captain of the Varsity Volleyball team, and also swims and plays tennis for her school. She is a swim coach, volunteer for the hospital, Girl Scout, member of the Commonwealth Governor's School, and a member of 5 honor societies. She is honored to serve on Team 75 and is extremely excited to network with our amazing DECA members and make this year a great one!

Vice President Region 5

Fiona Miller, Hidden Valley High School

Fiona is a four-year DECA member and avid competitor at DLC, SLC, and ICDC, having competed at the international level three times. She has been a chapter officer for three years, serving as Historian, VP of Competition, and chapter President. Serving in chapter leadership positions inspired her to run for state office, and she is so excited to spend the upcoming year with Team 75! Outside of DECA, Fiona plays varsity soccer, runs indoor track, and is captain of the debate team. She also interns at a local research center, studying glial biology. Fiona is looking forward to getting to know members in Region 5 and Virginia DECA this upcoming year!
